摘要 针对产品绿色设计中客户需求的模糊性和不确定性,提出了一种基于客户特征的产品环境需求预测方法。通过建立客户环境需求采集模版获取客户信息,采用感性工学及语义差异方法对客户环境需求进行规范化表达,构建了人工神经网络模型挖掘客户特征与客户环境需求之间的关系,帮助企业预测具有不同特征客户的环境需求,采用信息增益量化了各个客户特征对客户环境需求的影响程度。最后以某冰箱企业的客户环境需求分析为例,应用MATLAB进行仿真研究,验证了方法的可行性与有效性。 To deal with the fuzziness and the uncertain problem in product green design,an forecast method of customer environment requirement based oncustomer attributes was put forward.Firstly,customer environment requirement was acquired by establishing the template of customer requirement gathering.Then different types of customer requirement was described by Kansei Engineering(KE) and Semantic Differential(SD) on this basis.The relationship between customer attributes and customer environment requirement was analyzed by artificial neural network,which provided evidences for acquisition of customer requirement.The impact of customer attributes is quatified by information gain.Finally,a case study of a fridge enterprise customer demand was provided to verify the feasibility of the method.
