摘要
本文采用多种治理措施防治湖北海棠枝干溃疡病。结果表明:人工清理病枯枝、刮除树皮病斑、喷洒石硫合剂、叶面喷施海藻肥和根施木霉菌增加了叶片的叶绿素和氮素含量,提高了根际土壤的有机质、速效氮和全磷含量,增强了树势和光合作用,明显降低了枝干溃疡病的发病程度。
Various measures such as curettage of disease spots, spraying of stone sulfur mixture, root irrigation by Trichoderma spp. and spraying seaweed fertilizer on leaves were adopted to control stem canker from Malus hupehensis, The result showed that the contents of chlorophyll and nitrogen in leaves of Malus hupehensis were increased by scraping bark lesions, spraying stone sulfur mixture, spraying seaweed fertilizer and applying Trichoderma rhizosphere. The contents of organic matter, available nitrogen and total phosphorus in rhizosphere soil were increased,.Thus, tree vigor and photosynthesis were enhanced, and the incidence of stem canker was significantly reduced.
