介绍了集成式压缩机的历史、起源、技术优势及在海底压缩系统的进展。该压缩机不含润滑油系统和轴端密封系统,因此可靠性及可用性高,停机和检修时间短;转速调节范围宽,因此运行范围广阔;能够快速响应变化的运行条件;运行周期成本低;环境中性,运行时不影响环境也不受环境影响;整体性价比高,非常适合于海底压缩应用。2015年9月,第一台海底压缩机在挪威Asgard油气田海底成功运行(第一个达到技术成熟度/TRL7的海底压缩系统),标志着集成式压缩机发展的一个新时代的到来。
The history, origin and technical advantages of Hermetically Sealed Compressor are introduced. The compressor does not contain lubricating oil system and sealing system, so it has high reliability and availability, and short maintenance time;Wide speed adjustment range, so the operation range is wide;Can quickly respond to changes in operating conditions;Low operating cost;Environment neutral, operation does not affect the environment and is not affected by the environment;Overall high performance, its characteristics are very suitable for subsea compression applications. In September 2015, the first subsea compressor was successfully operated in the Asgard oil and gas field in Norway(first subsea compression system to reach the Technology Readiness Level/TRL7), marking a new era of Hermetically Sealed Compressor.
