当前,社会经济飞速发展,房屋建筑数量与规模均呈现日益扩大的趋势,在施工方面取得巨大进步,进而促进行业整体发展。特别是房建结构楼板施工,存在诸多影响因素,导致一系列问题出现,主要是楼板裂缝,因为其具有一定特殊性,对此,应该以相关实际情况为依据,开展处理工作。分析了房建结构中楼板的重要性,阐述了楼板裂缝类型及楼板裂缝成因,并提出具体处理对策。

At present,with the rapid development of social economy,the number and scale of housing buildings are showing an increasing trend,and great progress has been made in construction,thus promoting the overall development of the industry.Especially in the floor construction of building structure,there are many influencing factors,which lead to a series of problems,mainly floor cracks,because they have certain particularity.Therefore,we should carry out treatment work based on the relevant actual situation.This paper analyses the importance of floor in building structure,expounds the types of floor cracks and causes of floor cracks,and puts forward specific countermeasures.
