个性化饮食干预对环状混合痔术后创面愈合及切口感染率的影响

Influence of Individualized Diet Intervention on Wound Healing and Incision Infection Rate after Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation

为探讨个性化饮食干预对环状混合痔术后创面愈合及切口感染率的影响,选择2017年10月至2018年12月于我院行外剥内扎术治疗的102例环状混合痔患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组接受常规治疗,饮食方面不做干预,只进行健康宣教;观察组接受个性化饮食干预。比较2组患者术后创面愈合时间及切口感染率。结果显示,观察组创面愈合时间[(14.5±3.2)d]明显短于对照组[(17.5±3.9)d],切口感染率(1.96%,1/51)明显低于对照组(9.8%,5/51),P<0.05。结果表明,对环状混合痔手术者实施个性化饮食干预,可促进创面愈合,降低切口感染发生率。

In order to explore the influence of individualized diet intervention on wound healing and incision infection rate after circumferential mixed hemorrhoids(CMH)operation,102 patients with CMH treated by external stripping and internal ligation in author’s hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the objects of study and were randomly divided into control group(n=51,received routine treatment,no diet intervention,only received health education)and observation group(n=51,received individualized diet nursing intervention).The wound healing time and incision infection rate were compared between the 2 groups.As results,the wound healing time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group[(14.5±3.2 d)d vs(17.5±3.9 d)d],and the incision infection rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group[(1.96%,1/51)vs(9.8%,5/51)](P<0.05).The results show that individualized diet intervention for CMH can promote wound healing and reduce the incidence of incision infection.
