平衡医疗视角下我国医疗领域的失衡现象及其解决路径

Analysis of the Imbalanced Phenomenon and Its Path in China’s Medical Field From the Perspective of Balanced Medical Care

医疗服务提供的不平衡导致医疗领域的诸多失衡现象,如医疗服务体系“上与下”的失衡、医疗机构“公办与民营”的失衡、医疗决策“医患协同”的失衡、患者健康产出“质与量”的失衡等。这些医疗失衡现象导致医疗领域矛盾冲突不断,表现出诸多社会问题。笔者用平衡医疗的思路来厘清当前医疗领域存在的失衡问题,并倡导以健康为中心理念,构建医疗质量文化,践行医疗主体多元化,推动参与式医疗发展,以期实现平衡医疗。

The imbalance in the provision of medical services has led to many imbalance phenomena in the medical field,such as the imbalance between the"up and down"of the medical service system,the imbalance between"public and privateM in medical institutions,the imbalance between"doctor and patient coordinationM in medical decision-making,the imbalance between"quality and quantity"of patientsz health output and so on.These medical imbalance phenomena have led to conflicts in the medical field and shown many social problems.The study used the balanced medical care thinking to clarify the current imbalance problems in the medical field,advocate a health-centered concept,build a medical quality culture,focus on the diversification of medical subjects,and promote the development of participatory medical care in order to achieve the balanced medical care.
