摘要
目的研究转录活化因子3(Stat3)、肿瘤转移相关蛋白1(metastasis-associated genes 1,MTA1)、低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor1α,HIF1α)在银屑病患者中的表达及意义。方法本文选取2017年1月-2019年1月在我院皮肤科就诊的70例寻常型银屑病患者标本,同时选取正常皮肤组织标本70例。采用严重程度指数(Psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分评估患者疾病严重程度,免疫组化染色后进行结果判定。结果银屑病组织中Stat3、HIF1α阳性表达率高于正常皮肤组织,MTA1阳性表达率低于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05)。点滴型、斑块型患者Stat3、MTA1、HIF1α阳性表达比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。进展期患者Stat3、HIF1α阳性表达率高于稳定期患者,MTA1阳性表达率低于稳定期患者,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。重度患者Stat3、HIF1α阳性表达率高于中度患者,MTA1阳性表达率低于中度患者(P<0.05);中度患者Stat3、HIF1α阳性表达率高于轻度患者,MTA1阳性表达率低于轻度患者,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Stat3、MTA1、HIF1α在银屑病患者中表达异常,其中Stat3、HIF1α表达较高,MTA1表达低,与银屑病患者临床分期、病情严重程度有关,参与银屑病发病,发挥协同作用。
Objective To study the expression and significance of transcription activating factor 3(Stat3),metastasis-associated genes 1(MTA1),hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF1α)in patients with psoriasis.Methods In this paper,70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital.Normal skin tissue specimens were selected from the outpatient department of plastic and cosmetic department of our hospital.Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score was used to assess the severity of the disease.Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the results.Results The positive expression rates of Stat3 and HIF1αin psoriatic tissues were higher than those in normal skin tissues,and MTA1 was lower than that in normal skin tissues(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression of Stat3,MTA1 and HIF1αbetween male and female patients aged>30 years and<30 years(P>0.05).The positive expression rates of Stat3 and HIF1αin advanced stage patients were higher than those in stable stage patients,and MTA1 positive expression rates were lower than those in stable stage patients,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Stat3 and HIF1αin severe patients were higher than those in mild and moderate patients,MTA1 was lower than those in mild and moderate patients(P<0.05),Stat3 and HIF1αin moderate patients were higher than those in mild patients,and MTA1 was lower than that in mild patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Stat3,MTA1 and HIF1αwere abnormally expressed in psoriasis patients.Stat3 and HIF1αwere highly expressed,while MTA1 was low,which was related to clinical stage and severity of psoriasis patients.They participated in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and played a synergistic role.
