摘要
目的分析江西省15岁以下儿童急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP)病例肠道病毒感染的特征,为其防控策略制定提供科学依据。方法对江西省2013-2017年AFP肠道感染进行统计分析,采用分子生物学方法对分离到的136株非脊髓灰质炎肠道病毒(NPEVs,简称非脊灰肠道病毒)进行VP1区部分核酸扩增和序列测定。将测定的结果与Gene Bank进行BLAST比较分析。结果 2013-2017年江西省AFP病例非脊灰肠道病毒感染率为7.28%;5-8月份肠道病毒感染病例占49.81%;5岁以下病例感染率为9.87%;基因测序获得132个毒株序列,经BLAST比较分析,共包括22个血清型,分别属于A组肠道病毒(HEV-A),B组肠道病毒(HEV-B)和C组肠道病毒(HEV-C),无HEV-D组毒株,其中HEV-A组毒株包括7个基因型49株,HEV-B组毒株包括14个基因型82株,HEV-C组毒株包括1个基因型1株。132株病毒中,以EV71所占比例最大(21/132)。结论 2013-2017年江西省急性弛缓性麻痹病例非脊灰肠道病毒感染高峰为夏秋季,小年龄组儿童易感,并且男性儿童的感染率高于女性儿童。AFP病例分离的NPEV以A和B组为主,A组的EV71为主要型别。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of enterovirus infections of Acute Flaccid Paralysis(AFP) among children under 15 years in JiangXi Province and to provide the basis for the disease control and prevention.Methods The individual data of enterovirus infections of AFP cases in JiangXi Province during 2013-2017 was analyzed.136 strains of the acute flaccid paralysis(AFP) associated non polio enterovirus(NPEVs) isolated were typed by molecular biological methods in which a specific target gene fragment VP1 part was amplified and sequenced,and the sequence was compared with that of Gene Bank database.Result The rate of non polio enterovirus infections was 7.28 %,;49.81% of cases of enterovirus infection in May-August;Infection rate under 5 years age was 9.87%;136 NPEVs were analyzed,including 4 strains untyped,132 strains typed by RT-PCR.A total of 22 genotype were identified,including 49 serotypes of human enterovirus(HEV)-A,82 serotypes of HEV-B and 1 serotypes of HEV-C.In the 132 strains,enterovirus 71(EV71) was the most frequently seen isolates.Conclusion The peak of enterovirus infection was appeared in summer and autumn in Jiangxi Province between 2013 to 2017;It is more infected for younger children,and the infection rate is higher among boys than girls;The main types of NPEV separated from AFP were group A and group B,and EV71,which from Group A was the main genotype.
