摘要
复合土工膜具有施工速度快、施工设备简单、施工期受外界气象条件影响小等特点,作为防渗材料在导截流围堰、堤坝、渠道、抽水蓄能电站上下库等水工建筑物中得到了广泛应用。老挝南欧江六级水电站大坝高85m,坝基为软岩,坝体填筑材料软岩比例超过81%,为解决黏土土料匮乏以及雨季大坝填筑的难题,设计采用复合土工膜作为防渗面板,为目前世界上已建的最高复合土工膜面板堆石坝。复合土工膜在本工程中显示了良好的适应性及优点,其施工工艺和施工方法对类似高堆石坝工程具有良好的借鉴和参考作用。
Composite geomembrane has the characteristics of fast construction speed, simple construction equipment and little influence by the external meteorological conditions during the construction period. The composite geomembrane has been widely used in hydraulic structures such as guide and closure cofferdams, dams, channels, upper and lower reservoirs of pumped storage power stations, etc. as impermeable material. Laos Nanoujiang Grade 6 hydropower station dam is as high as 85 m, and the dam foundation belongs to soft rock. The soft rock proportion of dam filling materials is more than 81%. The composite geomembrane is used as the impermeable panel in the design in order to solve the problem of deficient clay soil and dam filling in the rainy season, and it is the highest composite geomembrane panel rockfill dam in the world. Composite geomembrane shows good adaptability and advantages in the project, and its construction technology and construction method can be used for reference in similar high rockfill dam projects.
