摘要
生产性服务业与制造业过度集聚会削弱创新要素流入对制造业结构升级的积极作用,因而以2003—2016年长三角三省一市的数据建立面板门槛模型,以生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚为门槛变量,实证分析创新要素流入对制造业结构升级的影响,发现该影响路径中存在基于生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚的双重门槛效应:集聚程度过高或过低会使创新要素流入对制造业结构升级失去作用,只有处于中等集聚程度,创新要素流入才对制造业结构升级起积极作用。
The excessive gathering of productive service industry and manufacturing industry has significantly weakened the positive effect of the flow of innovation factors on the upgrading of manufacturing structure.This paper,based on panel data from 2003 to 2016,takes three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta,using panel data.With the synergy of productive service industry and manufacturing industry as the threshold,this model empirically analyzes the impact of the inflow of innovation elements on the structural upgrading of manufacturing.It is found that in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Delta,the impact of the influx of innovation elements on the structural upgrading of the manufacturing industry is based on the double threshold effect of the synergistic concentration of producer services and manufacturing.If the degree of agglomeration is too high or too low,the influx of innovation elements will have no effect on the structural upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Only when the degree of agglomeration is in a certain range can the influx of innovation elements play a positive role in the structural transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
