平战衔接过程中军队医院药品保障工作

Improvement of Drug Support Capability of Military Hospitals during Peacetime and Wartime

目的提高军队医院平、战时的药品保障工作衔接,加强医院卫勤保障中的药品保障能力。方法通过总结医院平时即野战医疗所营地化训练,战时即执行参加各类军事任务过程中药品保障工作的经验及存在的问题,针对性地提出解决对策,规范各项工作流程。结果军队医院平、战时的药品保障工作现有模式在药品领用、药品保障、药品退药及平时战备库房药品管理中均存在各类问题,极大地影响药品保障工作效率。结论通过改进平时战备药品保障管理模式,建立独立的野战药房,规范抽组药师培训,制定执行任务的药品保障目录,加强药剂科各组室间配合保证平战时各类随行药品保障任务顺利完成。

Objective To improve the coordination of drug support in military hospitals during peacetime and wartime and to strengthen the capability of drug support in hospital medical service.Methods Corresponding solutions were put forward and the workflows were standardized by summarizing the experience of drug support in the process of the camp training in the field clinics and in the execution of various military tasks.Results There exist many problems in the present mode of drug support in both peacetime and wartime,including drug reception,application,return,as well as in the management of combat-readiness medicine warehouse.Conclusion To ensure the smooth completion of drug support tasks in peacetime and wartime,it is necessary to improve the management mode of drug support by establishing independent field pharmacies,standardizing pharmacists training,formulating corresponding lists of task-specific drugs and strengthening the coordination of different pharmaceutical departments.
