摘要
在中国信息化与工业化高层次深度结合背景下,制造业与关联产业融合成为亟待解决的理论与实践问题。在阐释“四化”融合概念基础上,构建制造业“四化”融合指标体系并测算其融合水平,借助多元线性回归模型厘清“四化”融合序变量贡献度。结果表明,湖北省数字化、网络化、智能化、服务化转型升级取得显著成效;制造业“四化”融合阶段性特征非常明显,正处于良好融合发展态势;湖北省制造业网络化、服务化动力源乏力,数字化、智能化贡献度较高。可以说,湖北省制造业“四化”融合从形式上已完成,但仍需提高融合质量和效率,政府应该充分发挥财政引导、营造公平竞争环境、加快5G通讯技术等泛在基础设施建设,刺激制造业“四化”融合向高阶演化。
Under the background of the high level of informatization and industrialization in China,the integra⁃tion of manufacturing industry and related industries has become a theoretical and practical problem to be solved ur⁃gently.On the basis of interpreting the concept of"four modernizations",we construct the"four modernization"inte⁃gration index system of manufacturing industry and measures its integration level.The multi-linear regression mod⁃el is used to clarify the contribution of the"four modernization"fusion order variables.The results show that the pace of integration of manufacturing industry in Hubei Province is accelerating,digital,network,intelligent,and ser⁃vice-oriented transformation and upgrading have achieved remarkable results.The staged characteristics of the“four-in-one”integration of manufacturing industry are very obvious and are in good integration type situation;Hubei Province manufacturing network,service power source is weak,digital,intelligent contribution is high.This paper believes that the integration of manufacturing industry in Hubei Province has been formally completed,but it still needs to improve the quality and efficiency of integration.The government should give full play to financial guidance,and create a level playing field,and accelerate the construction of ubiquitous infrastructure such as 5G communication technology.The“four modernizations”of manufacturing industry have evolved to a higher level.
