摘要
为筛选出五指毛桃丛生芽增殖的最适培养条件,本研究以五指毛桃顶芽约1.50 cm为试验材料,采用ANOVA过程和LSD法进行分差分析及多重比较,研究蔗糖、温度、光照强度和植物激素组合对五指毛桃生长状况的影响。结果表明:适宜的培养条件为蔗糖浓度30.00 g/L、温度24℃~28℃区间和光照强度2 000 lx;在植物激素组合中,最优组合为6-BA 0.20 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,增殖系数达6.97,同时该组合处理获得较佳的主效应,6-BA主效应差异显著,NAA主效应差异不显著,且6-BA (F=3.10)对五指毛桃丛生芽增殖效果的影响高于NAA (F=2.39)。筛选出五指毛桃适宜的培养条件,为其开发利用提供技术支持。
In order to screen out the optimal conditions for the clustered buds multiplication of Ficus simplicissima Lour., taking a top bud about 1.50 cm long of Ficus simplicissima as the test material. We used ANOVA process and LSD method to conduct differential analysis and multiple comparison, and studied the influence of sucrose, temperature, light intensity and plant hormone combination on the growth status of Ficus simplicissima.Results show that sucrose concentration 30.00 g/L, temperature ranging from 24℃ to 28℃ and light intensity2 000 lx seem to be the suitable culture conditions;Among the plant hormone combinations, the optimal combination was 6-BA 0.20 mg/L +NAA 0.05 mg/L, with a proliferation coefficient of 6.97. At the same time, the combination obtained a better main effect, with a significant difference in the main effect of 6-BA, but no significant difference in the main effect of NAA. The effect of 6-BA(F=3.10) on the proliferation effect of the clustered buds of Ficus simplicissima was higher than that of NAA(F=2.39). The suitable conditions for the cultivation of Ficus simplicissima were selected to provide technical support for its development and utilization.
