摘要
以太行山为代表的华北山地是世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)推荐的以生物多样性类突出普遍价值申报世界遗产的潜力区,涉及1个全球特有鸟区和2个世界自然遗产缺乏的生态区划。文章以分布在太行山及周边山地的2种华北山地特有鸟类褐马鸡(Crossoptilon mantchuricum,VU)和褐头鸫(Turdus Feae,VU),以及山谷湿地生态系统的指标物种黑鹳(Ciconia nigra,LC),和这一区域体型最大的食肉动物金钱豹(Panthera pardus orientalis,CR)为生物多样性类突出普遍价值要素指标物种,建立物种分布模型。叠加这些物种分布,得到生物多样性突出普遍价值要素空间分布格局,并将指标物种不低于2种的区域界定为生物多样性类自然遗产潜力区。研究发现,太行山及周边山地自然遗产潜力区有约10%为国家级自然保护区所覆盖。近年以来开展的生态保护红线调整和保护地整合优化工作,有利于提高保护地对自然遗产潜力区的覆盖,为太行山及周边山地的自然遗产申报提供了有利政策环境。
The mountainous area in Northern China,as represented by the Taihang Mountain,is one of the priority potential areas identified by IUCN for World Heritage Site nomination based on its OUVs on biodiversity.The area fills the void in the lack of World Natural Heritage in the category of the 1 specific global Endemic Bird Area(EBA)and 2 ecoregions.Two birds endemic to the region,Manchurian Eared-pheasant(Crossoptilon mantchuricum,VU)and Grey-sided Thrush(Turdus Feae,VU),and an indicative species for the wetland ecosystem in the valley,Black Stork(Ciconia nigra,LC),as well as the largest carnivore in the region,Leopard(Panthera pardus orientalis,CR),are chosen as the indicative species for the attributes of the OUVs on biodiversity,and established the species distribution model.The spatial distribution pattern of the OUVs on biodiversity was derived from overlaying the modelled distribution of the indicative species,and areas with no less than 2 indicative species are identified as areas with OUVs on biodiversity.Research indicates that approximately 10%of these areas are currently designated as National Nature Reserves(NRs).The coverage of these areas as NRs can be improved due to recent favorable conservation policies in China-e.g.the delineation of Ecological Red Lines,and the optimization&integration of protected areas.This can provide favorable conditions for the nomination of the Taihang Mountain and its surroundings for inscription to the World Heritage List.
