防己黄芪汤合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fangji Huangqi Decoction and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨类风湿性关节炎运用防己黄芪汤合独活寄生汤加减的治疗效果及临床价值。方法选取2017年8月—2019年2月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者78例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各组39例。对照组实施甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组实施防己黄芪汤合独活寄生汤加减治疗。对比2组患者临床疗效、各项临床症状改善情况。结果观察组在防己黄芪汤合独活寄生汤加减的治疗下,患者临床治疗总有效率为94.9%,对照组则为71.8%;且观察组治疗后临床主要症状改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防己黄芪汤合独活寄生汤加减作用于类风湿性关节炎患者,可有效提高临床疗效,促进疾病症状改善效率,值得临床大力推广实施。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and clinical value of Fangji Huangqi decoction and Duhuo Jisheng decoction on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 78 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate,while the observation group was treated with Fangji Huangqi decoction and Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The clinical efficacy and improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 94.9% in the observation group and 71.8% in the control group under the treatment of Fangji Huangqi decoction and Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the improvement of the main clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of rheumatoid arthritis patients and the efficiency of disease symptoms,which is worthy of clinical vigorous promotion and implementation.
