新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控给全科医学发展带来的思考

Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic Bring Thinking to General Practice

2019年底开始的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,对我国现行医疗机构和卫生安全带来严峻挑战,同时也暴露出卫生体系中存在的问题,包括物资缺乏、人员不足、群众健康意识薄弱。全科医师作为基层医疗的主要承担者之一,可以与大型医院医师互为补充,在疫情的管控中发挥极其重要的作用。本文分析了本次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情过程中的问题和薄弱环节,总结了全科医学发展现状和存在的不足,提出相应的改进措施和建议,希望能够为全科医学在重大公共卫生事件中发挥更大作用而提供方法。

The COVID-19 broke out in December 2019 has brought severe challenges to medical institutions and health security in China.During the control and prevention of this epidemic,various problems in the healthcare system,including shortage of healthcare resources and medical workers,and poor public health awareness,have been revealed.General practitioners,one of the main providers of primary care,play an extremely important role in the control and management of the epidemic in conjunction with physicians from higher level hospitals.We analyzed the problems and weak links in fighting against COVID-19 epidemic,summarized the development of general practice,and the weaknesses of general practice care revealed in combating the epidemic,with recommendations for improvement,hoping to enhance the role of general practice in the management of major public health events.
