多入多出型消声器阻力损失探究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高消声器的空气动力性能,采用CFD法对多入多出型消声器进行了阻力损失分析。首先对比了不同出入形式的消声器,并以双入双出同轴型和交叉型消声器为研究对象分析了结构参数对阻力损失的影响,结果表明双入单出型消声器的阻力损失最大;由于内部气流路径的不同,入出口管相对角度变化对交叉型消声器影响较大;出口管距离和扩张腔直径增大使同轴型与交叉型消声器的阻力损失分别减小和增大;扩张腔长度增大使同轴型和交叉型消声器的阻力损失分别增大和减小;2种消声器的阻力损失都随入出口管直径增大而减小。其次,通过增加内插管和过渡结构改善局部阻损降低了其整体阻力损失。研究结果为多入多出型消声器的设计及使用提供了参考。 In order to improve the aerodynamic performance of the muffler,the CFD method is use to analyze the resistance loss of the multi-inlet and multi-outlet muffler.Firstly,the different types of mufflers are compared,and the influence of the change of inlet and outlet pipe and structure parameters on the resistance loss is analyzed.The results show that the resistance loss of double-inlet and single-outlet muffler is the greatest.Due to the different internal airflow paths,the change of relative angle between inlet and outlet pipe is the cross muffler.The resistance loss of coaxial and cross mufflers decreases and increases with the increase of the distance between the outlet tube and the diameter of the expansion chamber;the resistance loss of coaxial and cross mufflers increases and decreases with the increase of the length of the expansion chamber;the resistance loss of both mufflers decreases with the increase of the diameter of the inlet and outlet tube.Secondly,the local resistance loss is improved by increasing the intubation and the transition structure,and the overall resistance loss is reduced.The research results provide a reference for the design and use of multi-inlet and multi-outlet mufflers.
