摘要
通过对飞机空中加油地面试验现状的研究,分析当前飞机空中加油地面试验过程中存在的问题、隐患及原因。围绕传统试验方法缺乏自循环清洁、除水功能以及压力调节不便等缺陷,对试验形式及试验装置进行优化和通用化改进。提出一种集自循环、加油、增压/调压、管路余油抽除等多功能为一体,并可兼容多型飞机使用的高效率飞机空中加油地面试验技术方案,以期提升空中加油地面试验的工作效率,减轻机务工作者的劳动负担,提高试验装置的完备率,降低设备的购买、维护、维修成本。
Based on the study of the current status for aircraft aerial refueling ground test,we analyze the problems,hidden troubles and causes in the process of aircraft aerial refueling ground test.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional test methods,such as lack of self-circulating cleaning,dewatering function and inconvenience of pressure regulation,the test form and equipment are optimized and generalized.The purpose of this paper is to elaborate a high-efficiency aircraft aerial refueling ground test scheme,which integrates the function of self-circulation,refueling,pressurization or pressure regulation,pipeline residual oil extraction,and is compatible with multi-type aircraft,so as to improve the efficiency of aerial refueling ground test and the completeness of test equipment,lighten the labor burden of maintenance workers,and reduce the cost of equipment purchase,maintenance and repair.
