农地细碎化、农户分化及其社会关系——基于广东水稻种植户的考察

Land Fragmentation,Rural Household Differentiation and Social Relations of Rural Households in the Countryside:Based on Investigation of Rice Growers in Guangdong Province

基于2304份农户调查数据,从农地细碎化与农户分化视角,实证分析留守农户家庭村庄内部社会关系的影响因素及其作用机理。结果表明:种植业收入比例越高,农户家庭在村庄内部的社会关系可能相对较差,而家庭收入越高的农户,其家庭在村庄内部社会关系可能相对较好。农地细碎化通过促进农业生产技术外溢与增进相邻地块间农户交流与合作,而对农户家庭村庄内部社会关系具有显著正向影响。在采取有效措施缓解农地细碎化不利影响的同时,建议积极构建农地细碎化对农村社会关系正向作用的替代机制,建立新型农村社会关系培育与维护机制,促进乡风文明建设与发展。

Based on the survey data of 2304 rural households,the paper empirically analyzed the influencing factors and mechanism of the internal social relations of rural households in the countryside from the perspective of farmland fragmentation and rural household differentiation.The results showed that although the expected impact of household differentiation on the rural social relations within the village did not pass the significant test,from the view of estimated coefficient of occupational differentiation and income differentiation,as the proportion of farming income increases,rural households in the village social relations may be relatively poor.As farmers’family income grows,their families in the village may enjoy relatively good social relations.The impact of farmland fragmentation on social relations within rural households and villages is significantly positive.It mainly promotes positive externalities,spillover of agricultural production technologies and the emotional exchanges among farmers in neighboring plots,and improves the social relations within rural households and villages.Therefore,while taking effective measures to alleviate the adverse effects of the fragmentation of agricultural land in order to promote agricultural modernization,we should pay attention to the negative impact of reducing the degree of fragmentation of agricultural land on the social relations among rural households within the village.We should actively establish an effective new mechanism of rural human relations and promote the construction and development of rural civilization.
