校际联盟实现“三位一体”卓越数学教师的培养 被引量:5

摘要 卓越数学教师的培养是提高基础教育教学质量的根本.通过校际联盟,建构了"本硕一体化"的卓越数学教师的培养方案,为卓越教师的培养提供了一种可行性操作模式.具体实施策略为:以本硕双导师团队制为基本元素,对本科师范生和教育硕士研究生贯彻方向一致、内容连续的教研活动,实行本硕连贯培养一体化;在卓越数学教师培养的全程五环节中,强调课堂与实践并重、过程与结果并重、课堂内外与学校内外并重的多向互动,充分发挥联盟基地学校和地市教研室的实践平台功能,实行理论素质、实践能力提升一体化;通过案例教学和多元化网络研修,实行职前"准"教师培养和职后教师培训一体化,最终达成学术型或教学型卓越数学教师的终极培养目标. Training of excellent mathematics teacher was radical for improving teaching quality of elementary education. According to the reality of developing excellent mathematics teacher through inter-school alliance and successive system, it defined the connotation of trinity successive bachelor-master talent-producing mode. The specific implementation strategy includes: First, regarding the double-tutor team as its core element, for undergraduate normal students and education graduates, the successive system pursues the practice teachings and scientific academic activities, which were coincident in the research direction and coherent in the research contents. The aim was that successive bachelor-master system was carried out. Second, in the five links of whole process of developing excellent mathematics teacher, it emphasized paying equal attention to classroom and practice, paying equal attention to process and result, paying equal attention to both inside and outside for class and school. The successive system would make full use of practice platform function, so that the integration of theoretical quality and practical ability is carried out. Last, it implemented practical teaching and diversified network training, so that the integration of per-service foster for quasi teachers and post-service training was carried out. The ultimate goal was culturing academic and famous mathematics teachers.
