摘要
加拿大在高职教师发展体系建设中,主要围绕教师的专业技能发展、教师组织发展、教师个人发展等方面展开,主要特征有:实施新教师入门指导计划,为在职教师提供专业培训项目;建立教师发展中心,完善教师激励与约束机制;制定严格的教师资格、伦理和实践标准,完善专业绩效评价体系;建立完善的教师教育课程体系,注重提高教师的课程设计和教学技术运用能力。借鉴加拿大的经验,建议我国高职院校从纵向、横向、专项三个方面建构教师成长体系。具体策略为:以先进的现代高职教育理念为引领,增强高职院校教师专业发展意识;建立专业化的高职教师发展中心,完善职前职后一体化的教师成长体系;优化高职教师遴选机制;建立动态化的教师教学监督评价机制和教育质量保障体系;通过产学互动、校企联合促进教师自我知识更新,搭建教师教育的培训与交流平台。
In the system construction of college teachers’ development in Canada, it mainly focuses on the professional development of teachers, the development of teaching skills, the development of teachers’ organizations, and the personal development of teachers. It has achieved remarkable results. The experience lies in: implementing the new teacher introduction guide program, providing professional training programs for in-service teachers;establishing a university teacher development center, improving the teacher incentive and restraint mechanism;formulating strict teacher qualifications, ethical and practical standards, and perfecting the professional performance evaluation system;A perfect teacher education curriculum system, focusing on improving teachers’ curriculum design and teaching technology application ability. Drawing on the experience of Canada, it is suggested that higher vocational colleges in China should construct a teacher growth system from three aspects: vertical, horizontal and special development. The specific strategy is: to lead the advanced modern higher vocational education concept, to enhance the professional development awareness of teachers in higher vocational colleges;to establish a professional higher vocational teacher development center, to improve the teacher growth system before and after employment;to optimize higher vocational education Teacher selection mechanism;establish a dynamic teacher supervision and evaluation mechanism and education quality assurance system;promote teacher self-knowledge update through industry-university interaction, school-enterprise cooperation, and build a training and communication platform for teacher education.
