基于叙事医学护理在慢性老年病患者的临床应用

Clinical application of narrative medicine based nursing in patients with chronic senile diseases

目的探讨基于叙事医学护理干预在慢性老年病患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年1月收治的慢性老年病患者150例,随机分为对照组(75例)和观察组(75例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用基于叙事医学护理干预,比较两组患者的负性情绪、生活幸福感、生活质量、治疗依从性、临床疗效、护理满意度。结果干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),对照组生活质量评分显著低于观察组(P<0.05),对照组主观幸福度显著低于观察组(P<0.05),观察组治疗依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组护理满意度显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性老年病患者采用叙事医学护理干预,能提高临床疗效,缓解负性情绪,改善生活水平,增加幸福度,提高患者满意度,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application of narrative medical nursing intervention in the patients with chronic senile diseases. Methods 150 chronic elderly patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(75 cases) and observation group(75 cases). The control group used conventional nursing methods and the observation group used narrative medicine based nursing intervention. The negative emotion, life happiness, quality of life, treatment compliance, clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), the quality of life in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05), the subjective well-being in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05), the treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention based on narrative medicine can improve the clinical effect, relieve the negative emotion, improve the living standard, increase the happiness and improve the patients’ satisfaction.
