摘要
通过对中医药院校临床实践技能课程体系的现状进行归纳和总结,从中医临床实训课程体系结构、中医临床思维培养、中医职业素养教育、实训教材体系缺乏、技能考核方式单一等方面进行深入剖析,针对现存在的教学弊端提出相应的整改对策和方案,从而有效提高中医院校医学生的临床实践能力和岗位胜任力,为社会培养优秀的医学人才寻求有效途径。
Through summarizing the current situation of the curriculum system of clinical practice skills in TCM colleges and universities, this paper makes a thorough analysis from the aspects of the curriculum system structure of TCM clinical practice training, the cultivation of TCM clinical thinking, the education of TCM professional quality, the lack of practical training textbook system, and the singleness of assessment methods, and puts forward corresponding rectification countermeasures and schemes in view of the existing teaching drawbacks,so as to effectively improve the current situation. The clinical practice ability and post competence of medical students in hospitals seek effective ways to train excellent medical talents for the society.
