摘要
目的:探讨健身气功八段锦对绝经后2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者糖、骨代谢指标的影响。方法:选择绝经后2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者72例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=36)给予常规降糖、抗骨质疏松治疗,治疗组(n=36)在对照组的基础上行八段锦功能锻炼,总疗程均为6个月,观测并比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、腰椎(L2、L3、L4)骨密度(BMD)及骨代谢生化指标[血清钙(Ca)、血清磷(P)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清骨钙素(BGP)、尿脱氧吡啶啉/肌酐(DPD/Cr)]。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组的FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c、DPD/Cr水平均明显下降,腰椎(L2、L3、L4)BMD、BGP水平均明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组比较,治疗组FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c、DPD/Cr低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组腰椎(L2、L3、L4)BMD、BGP高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上,八段锦功能锻炼可降低绝经后2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者血糖水平,抑制骨吸收,促进骨形成,增加骨密度。
Objective:To investigate the influence of Baduanjin on glycometabolism index and bone metabolism index in postmenopausal patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis.Methods:Totally 72 postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.Patients in the control group(n=36)were treated by routine hypoglycemic,anti osteoporosis treatment,and the patients in treatment group(n=36)were treated by Baduanjin based on the treatment of control group.The total treatment was 6 months.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),lumbar(L2,L3 and L4)bone mineral density(BMD)and bone metabolic biochemical index[serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P),serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),serum osteocalcin(BGP),urine deoxidization pyridine Lin/creatinine(DPD/Cr)]were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the FBG,2 HPG,HbA1c and DPD/Cr levels decreased in two groups after treatment,and lumbar spine BMD and BGP level(L2,L3 and L4)were significantly increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the treatment group showed lower FBG,2 hPG,HbA1c,DPD/Cr than the control group(P<0.05),while higher lumbar BMD(L2,L3 and L4)and BGP than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug treatment,Baduanjin can reduce the blood sugar levels,inhibit bone absorption,promote bone formation and increase bone mineral density in postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis.
