摘要
目的 探讨Th1/Th2细胞相关因子对乙肝疫苗免疫效果的影响。方法 将接种过乙肝疫苗的900名大学生按照接种后免疫效果分为应答良好组及弱应答、无应答组,每组60人。采用ELISA法检测血清Th1/Th2细胞相关因子INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平,以及抗-HBs水平;采用Person相关性对抗-HBs与Th1/Th2细胞相关因子进行相关性分析。结果 应答良好组的抗-HBs水平为(15.52±5.31)IU/ml,显著高于弱应答、无应答组的(5.36±2.12)IU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);应答良好组的INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10分别为(7.52±2.22)pg/ml、(6.32±1.22)pg/ml、(5.86±1.85)pg/ml、(5.92±0.79)pg/ml,弱应答、无应答组的INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10分别为(3.21±1.49)pg/ml、(3.41±1.18)pg/ml、(2.55±0.98)pg/ml、(2.69±0.88)pg/ml,两组的INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);抗-HBs水平与INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4及IL-10均呈显著正相关(P <0.05)。结论 Th1/Th2细胞相关因子INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4及IL-10水平可反映乙肝疫苗接种后的免疫效果。
Objective To explore the effect of Th1/Th2 cell related cytokines on hepatitis B vaccination.Methods A total of 900 college students who were given hepatitis B vaccination were enrolled as the study subjects.According to their immune effect,they were divided into good response group,weak and no response group.There were 60 students were enrolled in each group.The level of Th1/Th2 cell related cytokines including INF-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 and anti-HBs of both groups was detected by ELISA.Person correlation of anti-HBs and Th1/Th2 cell related cytokines were performed to conduct correlation analysis.Results The level of anti-HBs in good response group was significantly higher than that in weak and no response group[(15.52±5.31)IU/ml,(5.36±2.12)IU/ml(P<0.05).INF-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 in good response group and weak and no response group was[(7.52±2.22)pg/ml,(6.32±1.22)pg/ml,(5.86±1.85)pg/ml,(5.92±0.79)pg/ml]and(3.21±1.49)pg/ml,(3.41±1.18)pg/ml,(2.55±0.98)pg/ml,(2.69±0.88)pg/ml],respectively.There was significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The level of anti-HBs was significantly positive correlated with INF-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of Th1/Th2 cell related cytokines such as INF-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 may reflect immune effect of hepatitis B vaccination.
