摘要 考虑无功成本并利用光伏逆变器的无功功率输出进行无功优化,可以提高硬件资源利用率和降低电站运维成本,为此计及电力市场环境下的无功成本,提出了并网光伏无功功率分区计价模型。首先研究光伏并网逆变器无功出力运行策略,以日配电网综合运维成本最小为优化目标,构建含响应光伏逆变器无功分区电价、静止无功补偿器、有载调压变压器和电容器组投切的配电网无功优化模型;继而采用二阶锥规划和大M法等数学手段处理模型中的非线性项,并利用奔德斯分解方法对模型分割求解,从而保证在计算收敛情况下有较高的求解速度;最后采用改进IEEE-33节点在MATLAB计算平台上验证了数学模型、求解方法与控制策略的正确性和有效性。 It is able to improve utilization ratio of hardware resources and reduce operation and maintenance costs of the power plants considering reactive power cost and using reactive power output of the photovoltaic inverter(PVINV)for reactive power optimization.This paper proposes a zoning evaluation model for grid-connected PV reactive power considering reactive power cost in the power market environment.It firstly studies reactive power output operating strategies of the PV grid-connected inverter,and constructs a reactive power optimization model of the distribution network containing reactive power partition price of the PVINV,the static var compensator(SVC),on-load tap changer(OLTC)and shunt capacity(SC).Secondly it uses the second-order cone programming and the large M method to deal with the non-linear items in the model.By using Benders decomposition method to solve the model,it can ensure fast solution speed in case of calculation convergence.Finally,it adopts the improved IEEE-33 node to verify correctness and validity of the mathematical model,the solution method and control strategies on the MATLAB platform.
