摘要
通过以冰醋酸(含5%香草醛)、高氯酸为显色剂,齐墩果酸作为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,以550 nm为测定吸收波长,计算黔产马兰草中总皂苷的含量,从而建立黔产马兰草中总皂苷的含量测定方法。结果表明:齐墩果酸在0.029~0.079 mg/mL(r=0.9998)范围内线性良好,平均回收率为96.46%(n=6),RSD=1.04%。通过对10批次黔产马兰草中总皂苷的含量测定,其结果在1.86%~3.12%之间,说明黔产马兰草药材质量较均一稳定。本文所建立的黔产马兰草中总皂苷含量测定方法,操作简便、结果准确、重现性及稳定性好,回收率可靠,可用于黔产马兰草药材的质量控制方法。
To establish a method for determination of total saponins in Kalimeris indica from guizhou.The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the total saponins with 5%vanillin-acetic acid-HClO 4 solution as color-producing reagent and oleanollc acid as the reference product at 550 nm as measurement wavelength.Results revealed that the linearity range of oleanolic acid was 0.029~0.079 mg/mL(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 96.46%RSD=1.04%.The content of total saponins in 10 batches of Kalimeris indica was between 1.86%and 3.12%,indicating that the quality of Kalimeris indica in Guizhou was relatively uniform and stable.The method established in this paper is simple,accurate,reproducible,stable and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Kalimeris indica in Guizhou.
