中风后偏瘫患者实施针灸治疗的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke and Its Effect on the Quality of Life of Patients

目的:探究中风后偏瘫患者实施针灸治疗的效果及对患者生活质量的影响.方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的中风后偏瘫患者60例作为研究对象.随机分为对照组及研究组,每组30例,对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上增加针灸治疗.对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后Barthel指数、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分情况.结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中风后偏瘫患者治疗中增加针灸疗法能够有效提升治疗效果,缓解患者偏瘫症状,改善患者生活质量及运动功能,值得推广应用.

Objective:To explore the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Method:From February 2018 to February 2019,60 patients with post-apoplectic hemiplegia were randomly selected as the subjects of the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups,the Barthel index and the score of the simple Fugl-Meyer exercise function before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treatment of the apoplectic hemiplegia patient,the acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect,relieve the hemiplegia symptom of the patient,improve the quality of the patients’life and the movement function,and is worthy of popularization and application.
