血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对血液流变学的影响 被引量:11

The Curative Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Effect on Hemorheology

摘要 目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及其对血液流变学影响。方法:选择2017年12月-2019年2月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的146例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各73例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗,比较两组中医证候积分及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容及纤维蛋白原指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗,效果显著,可有效降低冠心病心绞痛中医证候积分,利于改善血液流变学指标。 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effect on hemorheology.Method:A total 146 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were divided into observation group(n=73)and control group(n=73).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine.The syndrome scores and hemorheological indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,the plasma viscosity,hematokrit and fibrinogen were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine has remarkable effect,which can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and improve the hemorheological index.
