贝复舒滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠对干眼症患者泪液分泌、泪液炎性因子水平的影响

Effects of Beifushu Eye Drops Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on Tear Secretion and Tear Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Xerophthalmia

目的:探讨贝复舒滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠对干眼症患者泪液分泌、泪液炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选择2017年10月-2018年10月收治的84例干眼症患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组给予贝复舒滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、泪液炎性因子水平变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后TNF-α、IL-8、IL-1β水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后基础泪液分泌实验结果及泪膜破裂时间均高于对照组,角膜地形图参数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用贝复舒滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症患者,可延长患者泪膜破裂时间,有效抑制泪液炎性因子,泪腺炎症反应得到减轻,角膜上皮细胞及泪腺组织损伤有所延缓,从而增加基础泪液分泌量,患者临床症状显著改善。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Beifushu Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on the levels of tear secretion and tear inflammatory factors in patients with xerophthalmia.Method:A total of 84 patients with dry eyes admitted from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,while those in the study group were treated with Beifushu Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.The changes of clinical efficacy and tear inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-8,IL-1β in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of basic tear secretion experiment and tear film rupture time in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the corneal topographic parameters were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Beifushu Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate to treat the patients with dry eye can prolong the time of tear film rupture,effectively inhibit the tear inflammatory factor,reduce the inflammatory reaction of lacrimal gland,delay the injury of corneal epithelium and lacrimal gland tissue,thus increase the basic tear secretion,and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients significantly.
