“新农科”教育的内在机理及融合性发展路径 被引量:104

摘要 "新农科"教育是高等教育变革的内在需要、农业农村发展的客观需求、高等教育强国建设的任务要求。与传统农科教育相比,"新农科"教育具有知识体系的系统性、组织结构的脱耦性、办学层次的异质性、利益主体的嵌入性和发展方向的引领性五大基本特征。发展"新农科"教育需要从理念、知识、模式和组织等维度进行创新,推动通专人才培养相契合、知识体系交叉相融合、办学分层分类相交合和虚实组织纵横相结合。 The new agricultural education is the innate need of innovation of higher education, the requirement of agricultural and rural development, and the task demands of the construction of powerful and prosperous higher education. Comparing to the traditional agricultural education, the new one is characterized by the systematization of knowledge hierarchy, the decoupling of organizational structure, the heterogeneity of levels, the embeddedness of stakeholders, and the leading of trend. In order to push forward the combination of general and specialized talents cultivation, multiple knowledge hierarchy, different higher school level positioning, virtual and real organization, we need to innovate from the perspectives of concept,knowledge, model and organization to develop "new agricultural science" education.
