探讨护患沟通对普外科护理安全的影响

Effect Exploration of Nurse Patient Communication on Nursing Safety in General Surgery Department

目的探讨护患沟通对普外科护理安全的影响。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的134例普外科患者进行研究,依照护理方法的不同,将其分为参照组和研究组两组,参照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在参照组的基础上应用护患沟通模式。对两组患者不良事件发生率、护理安全隐患及的护理满意度进行观察和比较。结果研究组护理安全隐患存在率及不良事件发生率明显比参照组低(P<0.05);护理满意度明显比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理安全管理中应用护理沟通模式,效果较佳,可使护理安全隐患存在率及不良事件发生率得到降低,同时还能使护理满意度得到提升,值得进行临床应用和推广。

Objective to explore effect of nurse patient communication on nursing safety in general surgery.Methods choose 134 cases general surgical patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 for study.According to different nursing methods,divide them into two groups:reference group and research group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and research group with nurse patient communication mode on the basis of reference group.Observe and compare incidence of adverse events,hidden danger of nursing safety and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results potential safety hazards rate and adverse events incidence of study group was significantly lower than reference group(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing communication mode can achieve good effect in general surgery nursing safety management,can reduce existing rate of nursing safety hazards and adverse events incidence,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
