医学生主动性人格与生涯适应力的关系：职业决策自我效能感的中介作用

The Relationship between Proactive Personality and Career Adaptability of Medical Students:Mediating Effect of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy

目的探讨医学生主动性人格与生涯适应力的关系,检验职业决策自我效能感的中介效应,为院校开展医学生职业生涯辅导提供借鉴。方法采用主动性人格量表、大学生生涯适应力量表、职业决策自我效能感量表对546名医学生进行调查,用结构方程模型分析变量之间的关系。结果医学生主动性人格、生涯适应力和职业决策自我效能感得分分别为53.47±9.82,122.51±14.09,65.37±13.00,三者之间呈显著正相关(r=0.45~0.70,P<0.01)。结构方程模型和Bootstrap检验显示,职业决策自我效能感在主动性人格与生涯适应力间起部分中介作用(95%CI=0.13~0.28),中介效应为0.20。结论主动性人格可以通过职业决策自我效能感影响医学生的生涯适应力,提示院校相关部门开展生涯教育辅导时,要注重培养医学生积极主动的品质,提高其自信心水平,帮助其实现更好的生涯发展。

Objective To explore the relationship between medical students'proactive personality and career adap-tability,and to test the mediating effect of occupational decision-making self-efficacy,and to provide some reference for the career guidance of medical students in related colleges.Methods 546 medical students were investigated by proactive personality scale,college career adaptability scale and occupational decision self-efficacy scale,and the relationship between variables was analyzed by structural equation model.Results Medical students'active personality,career adaptability,and career decision-making self-efficacy scores were 53.47±9.82,122.51±14.09,and 65.37±13.00,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between the three(r=0.45~0.70,P<0.01).Structural equation model and Bootstrap test showed that occupational decision-making self-efficacy was partly media-ted by proactive personality and career adaptability(95%CI:0.13~0.28),and the mediating effect was 0.20.Conclusion The proactive personality can affect the career adaptation of the medical students through occupational decision-making self-efficacy.It is suggested that the relevant departments of colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultivation of medical students'active quality,improve their self-confidence level,and help them achieve better career development.
