摘要
重点分析铁路基础设施全生命周期数据传递面临的主要挑战,提出设计交付数字化和竣工交付数字化是解决全生命周期信息无损传递的必由之路。针对数字化交付涉及的数据标准、流程再造、责任认定、数据安全、档案数字化、运维移交等关键问题进行逐一分析和研究,结合我国铁路特点给出详细的设计思路和实现方法,为铁路基础设施全生命周期数据传递奠定技术基础。
This paper looks at the main challenges faced by life-cycle data transmission of railway infrastructure,and points out that the digitalization of design delivery and delivery-upon-completion constitutes the only solution for the non-destructive transmission of the life cycle information.This paper examines the key issues in digital delivery,such as data standards,process reengineering,accountability,data security,digital archive,operation and maintenance handover,etc.,and presents detailed design ideas and implementation methods based on the characteristics of China's railway sector,which lay a technical foundation for the life cycle data transmission of railway infrastructure.
