大学生学业自我效能感对生活满意度的影响:日常性学业弹性的中介作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨日常性学业弹性在学业自我效能感与生活满意度之间的中介作用。方法:采用学业自我效能感问卷,日常性学业弹性量表,生活满意度量表对270名大学生进行调查。结果:①学业自我效能感和日常性学业弹性均与生活满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.382,0.369;P<0.01);②日常性学业弹性在学业自我效能感与生活满意度之间起部分中介作用。日常性学业弹性的中介效应值为0.15,占总效应的29.82%。结论:学业自我效能感不仅能直接预测生活满意度,还可以通过日常性学业弹性的中介作用间接预测生活满意度。 Objective:To explore the mediating effect of everyday academic resilience on relationship between academic self-efficacy and life satisfaction in college students.Methods:A total of 270 students from universities were surveyed with Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire,Academic Buoyancy Scale,Satisfaction with Life Scale.Results:①Academic self-efficacy,everyday academic resilience and life satisfaction were significantly positively correlated with each other(r=0.382,0.369;P<0.01).②Everyday academic resilience played partial mediation effect between academic self-efficacy and life satisfaction.The mediation effect size of everyday academic resilience was 0.15,its mediation effect accounted for 29.82% of the total effect.Conclusion:Not only academic self-efficacy has direct effect on life satisfaction,but also it affects life satisfaction indirectly through the mediating effect of everyday academic resilience.
