工科院校经管专业教师工程实践化提升人才培养质量的探讨

摘要 教师工程实践化是推进工程特色的复合型高素质专业人才建设的重要举措。文章重点探索了如何构建教师"工程化"培养体系从而培养创新型的师资队伍;如何探索"工程化"教学模式,达成"专业适应性-能力拓展-卓越人才"层层递进的培养目标;如何采取有效的实施路径并提供有效的制度保障从而最大程度地发挥教师工程实践化服务于人才培养质量的作用,进而在一定程度上有效地解决经济社会需求与高校人才培养不适应的问题。 Teachers’ engineering practice is an important measure to promote the construction of high-quality professional talents with engineering characteristics.This paper focuses on how to build the "Engineering" training system to cultivate innovative teachers,how to explore the "Engineering" teaching mode to achieve the progressive training objectives of "professional adaptability-ability development-outstanding talents",how to take effective implementation path and provide effective system guarantee so as to maximize the role of teachers’ engineering practice in serving the quality of personnel training.There fore,it can effectively solve the inadaptable problem between the economic and social needs and the cultivation of talents in Colleges and Universities.
