摘要
随着我国农村贫困人口"两不愁三保障"问题的全面解决,脱贫攻坚工作亦将步入后脱贫时代,必须认真审视农村青年教育在解决农村青年精神贫困、实现其全面发展以及构建农村终身教育体系方面的重要价值,清晰把握农村青年教育在实践中面临着农村青年群体流动性过强、参与主动性不足,农村青年教育供给精度低、教育项目碎片化以及利益相关方有限理性博弈等挑战,从经济社会发展的全局和乡村振兴的长远性出发,制定后脱贫时代农村青年教育的发展策略。
The rural poor people are free from worries over food and clothing and have access to compulsory education,basic medical services and safe housing by 2020.The work of poverty alleviation will also step into the era of post poverty alleviation.We must carefully examine the important value of rural youth education in solving the spiritual poverty of rural youth,realizing its all-round development and constructing the rural life-long education system in the era of post poverty alleviation,and clearly grasp that rural youth education in practice is faced with challenges such as the strong mobility of rural youth groups,the lack of initiative in participation,the low accuracy of rural youth education supply,the fragmentation of education projects and the limited rational game among stakeholders,the development strategy of rural youth education in the post poverty era is formulated from the perspective of the overall economic and social development and the long-term rural revitalization.
