近年来高血压前期概念多次被提及,高血压前期是从正常血压向临床高血压病过度的一个前驱阶段,也是避免产生心脑血管疾病(Cardio Vascular Diseases,CVD)的重要阶段。由高血压引起的心脑血管疾病已经跃居全球人口死亡的首要原因,因此加强对高血压前期的认识及预防,寻求合适的治疗方法,进行高血压前期的干预,控制其进展,对防治心脑血管疾病,降低发病率具有重要意义。

In recent years,the concept of pre-hypertension has been mentioned many times.Pre-hypertension is a precursor stage from normal blood pressure to clinical hypertension,and an important stage to avoid the occurrence of CVD also.CVD caused by hypertension have become the leading cause of death in the global population.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the understanding and prevention of pre-hypertension,seek appropriate treatment methods,intervene in pre-hypertension and control its progress in the prevention and treatment of CVD and reduce the incidence.
