摘要
目的调查临床服务中心的建立对基层医院出院患者护理服务满意度的影响,为更好地为患者提供优质护理服务提供依据。方法通过建立临床服务中心,提升护理服务质量。采用自制的出院患者护理服务满意度调查问卷,分别对2018年医院3、4、5、7月份的出院患者进行满意度调查。结果调查结果显示,7月份患者满意度总分高于3、4、5月份,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床服务中心的建立有助于提升基层医院出院患者护理服务满意度,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of establishment of the clinical service center on discharged patients’ satisfaction with nursing service in a certain grass-roots hospital, and to provide reference for quality improvement of nursing practice. Methods A clinical service center was established to improve the discharged patients’ satisfaction with nursing service in a certain grass-roots hospital. A questionnaire survey of patients’ satisfaction was conducted in March, April, May and July 2018, respectively. Results The total score for satisfaction survey in July 2018 was higher than that in March, April and May 2018, respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of clinical service center is helpful to improve the discharged patients’ satisfaction with nursing service.
