中西医结合男科病证结合疗效机制研究的困惑与对策

Perplexity and countermeasures in the research of curative effect mechanism of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of male diseases and syndromes

目的:研究中西医结合男科病证结合疗效机制研究的困惑后,再进行相应的对策干预。方法:选取在我院接受中西医治疗的男科疾病患者76例,选取时间为2017年5月16日-2018年5月16日,所有患者均接受中西医联合治疗,对中西医联合治疗的疗效机制进行分析,了解中西医结合治疗对男科疾病了解的困惑,并制定对策(具体内容包括中西医结合治疗的困惑、对于中西医结合治疗困惑的对策),分析实施对策前后,患者的治疗效果。结果:结果中表明,实施前显效例数15例,有效例数13例,无效例数10例,总有效率为73.68%(28/38),实施对策后显效例数20例,有效例数17例,无效例数1例,总有效率为97.37%(37/38),相比之下,实施对策后的总有效率明显高于实施对策前总有效率,对比差异有统计学意义P<0.05(利用SPSS 20.0软件对所有数据进行统计学方法)。结论:中西医结合具有更为明显治疗价值,可达到治标治本双重功效,用于治疗男科疾病时,分析当前存在的困惑后,再进行相应对策干预,能够明显提高临床作用价值和疗效,减少不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective:After studying the confusion of the curative effect mechanism of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating male diseases and syndromes,the corresponding countermeasures and interventions were carried out.Methods:76 patients with male diseases who received treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine in our hospital were selected from May 16,2017 to May 16,2018.All patients were treated with combined Chinese and western medicine,the curative effect of combined treatment of TCM and western medicine mechanism was analyzed to understand the confusion of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of male diseases,and formulate countermeasures(specific content including combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of confusion,to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment countermeasures of confusion),to analyze the patient's therapeutic e ffect before and after implementing measures.Result:Results showed that 15 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 73.68%(28/38)before implementing measures and 20 cases were markedly improved,17 cases were effective,1 case was ine ffective,the total effective rate was 97.37%(37/38)after implementing countermeasures,in contrast,the total e ffective rate after implementing measures was signi ficantly higher,there was statistical signi ficance,P<0.05(using SPSS 20.0 software for all data statistics processing).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine had more significant therapeutic value,which could achieve the dual effect of treating symptoms and root causes.When it was used for the treatment of male diseases,after analyzing the existing confusion,the corresponding countermeasures and interventions could significantly improve the clinical effect and curative effect,reduce adverse reactions,which was worthy of promotion and application.
