系统化健康教育对乳腺癌化疗患者PICC管道自我管理能力水平及化疗依从性的影响

Influences of systematic health education on PICC pipeline self-management ability and chemotherapy compliance in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨系统化健康教育对乳腺癌化疗患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)管道自我管理能力水平及化疗依从性的影响。方法选取本院收治的186例行改良根治术后辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为2组,各93例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加系统化健康教育措施。对比2组干预前后的PICC管道自我管理水平、化疗依从性、PICC相关并发症发生情况等。结果2组化疗2个周期后的PICC自我管理能力及化疗依从性各维度评分均较入院时明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组化疗2个周期内的PICC相关并发症总发生率为12.90%,显著低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌化疗患者实施系统化健康教育,能够有效提高患者的PICC管道自我管理能力,减少PICC相关并发症的发生,同时还有助于提高患者的化疗依从性。

Objective To explore the influences of systematic health education on self-management ability and compliance of patients with breast cancer undergoing peripheral venous catheterization of central venous catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 186 breast cancer patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after modified radical mastectomy were divided into two groups by random number table(n=93).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group added systematic health education measures on the basis of the control group.The PICC pipeline self-management level,chemotherapy compliance and PICC-related complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results In both groups,the self-management ability of PICC and the score of each dimension of chemotherapy compliance increased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of PICC-related complications was 12.90%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can effectively improve their PICC pipeline self-management ability,reduce the incidence of PICC-related complications,and improve their compliance with chemotherapy.
