基于数据挖掘的理脾阴方剂配伍规律回顾性研究

Retrospective Study on the Compatibility Laws of Regulating Spleen-yin Prescription Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨理脾阴方剂的配伍规律。方法:通过数据挖掘的方法,包括频数分析、聚类分析及关联分析,回顾性分析2018年之前中文文献脾阴虚病案中的首诊处方,从药性、药物配伍两方面分析理脾阴方剂配伍规律。结果:纳入方剂218首,共用药210种,共用药物2442次。用药频次前3为山药、甘草、茯苓,用药五味频数最高为甘淡味药1841次,用药四气频数最高为平性药1026次,用药归经频数最高为归脾经1659次,高频甘淡味药物共可聚为5类,挖掘得7组药物组合。结论:理脾阴方药物配伍一是以补益为主,泻实为辅;二是以平性药为主,甘淡养脾与酸甘化阴共用;三是配伍补阳之品,阴阳相济;四是配伍甘苦或甘苦咸之品滋阴清热;五是配伍消导之品以助运化。

Objective:To discuss the compatibility laws of regulating spleen-yin prescription.Methods:By the methods of data mining,including frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association analysis,the prescriptions in spleen-yin deficiency medical cases at the first visit were retrospectively analyzed in the Chinese literature earlier than 2018 year,and the compatibility laws of regulating spleen-yin prescriptions were analyzed and explored from the drug compatibility and drug nature.Results:All 218 prescriptions were included,210 kinds of drugs used and 2442 times that the drugs were applied.The first three drugs in the high frequency were Shanyao(dioscoreae rhizoma),Gancao(glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma)and Fuling(poria),the drug of sweet and light taste were used in the highest frequency,1841 times,the drug of plain nature were used in the highest frequency,1026 times,the drugs entering in spleen meridians were at the highest frequency,1659 times,high frequency sweet and light drugs could be clustered in five kinds,seven drug combinations were unearthed.Conclusion:In the compatibility of regulating slpleen-yin prescriplion,The first is tonification mainly,clearing the excess as adjunctive therapy;the second is plain drugs mainly,sweet and light drug to invigorate spleen in combination with sour and sweet drug to nourish Yin;the third is the compatibility of yang-invigorating drug,yin and yang benefiting from each other;the forth is the compatibility of sweet-bitter drug or sweet-bitter-salty drug to nourish Yin and clear heat;the fifth is the compatibility of the drugs of helping digestion to promote the transportation and transformation.
