摘要
类钙调磷酸酶B亚基蛋白CBL作为钙感受器,接收外界刺激传递钙信号给下游的靶蛋白,从而引起一系列生理生化反应,在植物生长和抗逆方面有重要作用。研究以1/2 Hogland营养液水培甜瓜幼苗为材料,对其进行0 mmol/L(CK)和200 mmol/L NaCl处理,分析盐胁迫下0~9 d不同时间点甜瓜幼苗中CmCBL 1基因的表达变化与植株生理生化指标变化。结果表明,CmCBL 1基因主要在甜瓜的茎和叶表达,并且在NaCl胁迫处理(200 mmol/L)下0~12 h内上调表达后下降。与对照相比,NaCl胁迫处理甜瓜幼苗干质量与鲜质量都下降,根、茎、叶的Na+/K+均升高,叶片黄化。Spearman相关性分析结果表明,相对于对照植株,在第3~7天时间点内盐胁迫下CmCBL 1相对表达与Na+/K+、Na+相对含量呈极显著负相关,与鲜质量呈显著正相关,综上说明CmCBL 1基因在甜瓜耐盐生理中具有重要作用。
As calcium receptors,calcineurin B-like proteins(CBL)play important roles in plant growth and stress tolerance.In this study,melon seedlings were treated with 0 mmol/L(CK)and 200 mmol/L NaCl in the 1/2 Hogland nutrient solution,and the expression of CmCBL 1 gene and the changes of plant physiological indexes from the 0 to the 9th day treatment were analyzed.The results showed that CmCBL 1 gene was mainly expressed in stems and leaves and it was up-regulated under 200 mmol/L NaCl treatments from the 0 to the 12th hour and then declined.Compared with control groups,the fresh and dry weights of melon seedlings decreased,and the Na+/K+ratio of roots,stems and leaves increased under 200 mmol/L salt treatment.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the relative expression of CmCBL 1 was negatively correlated with Na+/K+,Na+content and positively correlated with fresh weight from the 3rd to the 7th day under NaCl stress,indicating that CmCBL 1 gene played an important role in salinity stress of melon.
