某金矿SF型浮选机技改研究及建议

Research and suggestion on technical transformation of SF flotation machine in a gold mine

为了延长设备使用寿命,降低备品备件成本,减少停车时间,提高浮选回收率,某金矿对新进SF型浮选机进行了改造,包括尾矿排矿口的控制方式、检修放矿口的位置、回转轴承的加油方式、槽体内耐磨防护。现场使用效果良好,同时对SF浮选机的设计提出一些建议。

In order to extend the service life of the equipment,reduce the cost of spare parts,reduce the shutdown time,and improve the flotation recovery rate,a new type SF flotation machine was reformed in a gold mine,it includes the control mode of tailing ore discharge port,the position of maintenance ore discharge port,the oiling mode of rotary bearing,and the wear-resistant protection in the tank body.The field application effect is good,at the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the design of SF flotation machine.
