就业能力导向下的大学语文教学探究

大学语文教学对夯实学生就业基础,培养学生就业能力具有不可替代的作用。当前就业市场对大学生综合素质、道德水平与团队能力提出了更高的要求,因此,改良传统语文教学课程体系、加强学生语文实践学习内容、创新以就业为导向的语文教学方法势在必行。高校应以提升学生就业能力为核心重构语文课程体系,增强教师实践教学经验以提高语文课堂教学质量,引入读说写相结合的立体教学方法培养学生就业技能。

College Chinese teaching plays an irreplaceable role in consolidating students'employment foundation and cultivating students'employability.At present,the employment market puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality,morality and team ability of college students.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the traditional Chinese teaching curriculum system,strengthen the content of students'practical learning,and innovate the employment-oriented Chinese teaching method.Colleges and universities should restructure the Chinese curriculum system with the improvement of students'employability as the core,enhance teachers'practical teaching experience to improve the quality of Chinese classroom teaching,and introduce the three-dimensional teaching method combining reading,writing and writing to cultivate students'employment skills.
