摘要
针对连杆裂解质量差的问题,通过设计计算建立胀断连杆模型,运用ANSYS和MATLAB仿真软件,对胀断连杆体盖裂解剖分数据进行了综合分析,得出切口深度为0.45 mm,曲率半径r为0.3 mm,切口张角为50°,连杆裂解的第一主应力可达到最大值,加快起裂过程,缩短起裂时间,提高裂解质量。
Aiming at the problem of poor cracking quality of the connecting rod,the model of expanding fracture connecting rod is established through design and calculation in this paper. The anatomical data of expanding fracture connecting rod is analyzed comprehensively by using the ANSYS and MATLAB simulation software,the results show that the depth of incision is 0.45 mm,the radius of curvature r is 0.3 mm,and the angle of incision is 50°,the first main stress of connecting rod cracking can reach the maximum value,which can accelerate the cracking process and shorten the cracking process time,so as to improve the cracking quality.
