液压支架起重装置在煤矿井下的应用

随着煤炭经济的复苏,各大煤矿企业开始加大对地下煤炭资源的大力开采,大功率、机械化、智能化等综采设备的引进,使得井下自动化、机械化开采程度得到了很大程度的提升。永煤集团城郊煤矿引进大型掩护式液压支架,其液压支架单架质量高达23.6 t,平板车单架达2 t,且整体外形尺寸较大,井下运输到工作面距离长,运输过程中存在很多安全隐患,需要在地面拆解后分体后运输到井下,井下环境的限制造成支架组装十分困难。井下液压支架起重装置的引进,不仅解决了支架运输的难题,而且组装十分方便快捷,加快整体安装进度,减少了人员的配备,节省了工人的劳动强度,提高安全系数,实现了矿井高产高效。

With the recovery of coal economy,major coal mining enterprises began to increase exploitation of underground coal resources,the introduction of high-power,mechanized,intelligent and other comprehensive mining equipment,so that the degree of underground automation and mechanized mining has been greatly improved.The suburban coal mine of Yongmei Group has introduced large-scale shield hydraulic support.The quality of its single hydraulic support was as high as 23.6 t,the single frame of flat car was as high as 2 t,and the overall dimension was large.The distance from underground transportation to working face was long,and there were many potential safety hazards in the transportation process.It need to be transported to the underground after the ground was disassembled,and the support assembly was very difficult due to limitations of underground environment.The introduction of underground hydraulic support lifting device not only solved the problem of support transportation,but also made assembly very convenient and fast,accelerated overall installation progress,reduced staffing,saved labor intensity of workers,improved safety factor,and realized high production and efficiency of the mine.
