摘要
主要阐述了迷迭香精油及抗氧化成分的提取工艺,并对其在食品中的应用进行了总结,以期为今后迷迭香更深入的研究利用提供参考。
Extraction process of rosemary essential oil and its antioxidants were elaborated, and its applications in food were summarized with the purpose of providing a reference for the further research and utilization of rosemary in the future.
