随着医疗设备发展的日新月异,工作特性和工作环境的改变导致临床工程师可能遭遇到生物性伤害、机械伤害、电击伤害、辐射伤害、烧烫伤、化学伤害以及心理伤害等各种职业暴露性伤害,这将对工程师的生理和心理健康产生不利影响,甚至危及生命。低工龄临床工程师作为职业暴露高发人群,有关部门应采取针对性的防范措施,减少其职业暴露的发生,有效保障医疗设备维修工作的安全进行,保证临床工程师的身心健康。

Medical equipment is developing rapidly,due to the working characteristics and working environment,clinical engineers may encounter various occupational exposures such as biological injury,mechanical injury,electric shock injury,radiation injury,burn and scald,chemical injury and psychological injury.These injuries have an impact on the engineer’s physical and mental health,even endanger their lives.Those who subject to more occupational exposure risks are often engineers with shorter working years.The relevant departments should take appropriate prevention measures to reduce their occupational exposure,ensure the safety of medical equipment maintenance work,ensure the physical and mental health of clinical engineers.
