高校垃圾分类工作现状与管理体系构建

Current Situation of Garbage Classification and Management System Construction in Colleges and Universities

随着垃圾分类处理问题走上历史舞台,高校作为高等教育主战场,目前校园垃圾分类工作仍存在分类意识不足、分类知识缺乏、相关制度欠缺、分类设施陈旧与缺乏统一管理等诸多问题。高校应该通过充分发挥相关优势,从制定整体规划、提升重视程度、优化管理机制、加大宣传力度、健全设施设备、开展科技创新及完善奖惩机制等方面,探索构建高校垃圾分类工作的管理体系,促进高校学生社会主义生态文明观树立与绿色校园建设。

With the problem of garbage classification and treatment stepping onto the historical stage,as the main battlefield of higher education,there are still many problems such as lack of classification awareness and knowledge,lack of relevant systems,obsolete classification facilities,lack of unified management and so on in the current campus garbage classification.This paper aims to explore the construction of the management system of garbage classification on campus in colleges and universities from formulating the overall plan,enhancing the degree of attention,optimizing the management mechanism,strengthening the publicity,perfecting facilities and equipment,carrying out scientific and technological innovation and improving the reward and punishment mechanism,so as to contribute to promote the establishment of the socialist ecological civilization concept of college students and construction of green campus.
